Welcome to the world of a Director at Exceptional Thinking, where no two days are ever the same!

Every day is packed with activity as our team works around the clock to make sure that all of our clients’ lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns are running smoothly. From managing our LinkedIn accounts to welcoming new clients on board and ensuring that everything is working like clockwork – it’s up to us directors to make sure every hour of the day counts.


First thing in the morning, we start by checking in with our team on all ongoing client projects.

We review how each project is performing and identify any potential areas for improvement or changes that need to be made. Our goal is always quality over quantity, so it’s important that we keep a close eye on the performance of each project.

Once our team is up to speed, it’s time to reach out and engage with potential new clients.

We use a variety of methods to cultivate leads, including engaging with people through LinkedIn messages and emailing them with tailored offers. Once we have identified a potential new lead, it’s our job to nurture them into becoming an Exceptional Thinking client by demonstrating what sets us apart from our competitors.


In between juggling these tasks, we also regularly check in and coordinate with our telemarketers – making sure they are all trained on how best to handle calls and motivating them to continue providing our clients with top-notch service. Throughout the day we are also snowed under with meetings and calls – both with our clients and our own internal teams. We are always looking under our process with a magnifying glass to ensure our operation is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

As the day comes to a close, we make sure to check in with our team one last time. We review progress made and identify any areas that need more attention or support going forward. With this done, it’s time to power down and get ready for another exciting day at Exceptional Thinking!

Towards the end of the day, we like to reflect on all that has been accomplished and review our plans for the following day. This helps us stay organised and ensure nothing gets forgotten as we continue striving to provide exceptional results for our clients.
