You call the prospect if they do not turn up for their meeting with you (people occasionally run late and a call prompts their attendance).

Rebook

If you can’t make a meeting that is booked or if your diary is not up to date, we will rebook the meeting for you, but that lead will not come off your target.

No Show

You must inform us of any “no show” by email within 3 business days – any delay in this makes it less likely that the prospect can be rebooked. After 3 days we will attempt to rebook the meeting for you, but that lead will not come off your target.

Call Prospect
