Client Feedback: German did show up today, and we had a really good intro call. We managed to capture his interest and are now moving towards NDA signature, with a quote request likely coming in very soon!
It’s an interesting one: a CRO focused on veterinary clinical studies and animal health. While volumes are naturally lower compared to human health (fewer… patient-facing documents 😃), they still run international trials involving veterinarians and pet owner materials.
All in all, a promising opportunity, and I’m very pleased to see the early results of your work on this campaign!

Client Feedback: I have provided Pat with information on us and the business plan and board pack review. We spoke about removing volatility in profit and improving profit conversion. Pat doesn’t want to do anything until the sale of business (targeted end of June) has completed. If the sale goes ahead Pat will remain involved on an earn out and retain shares, but if it doesn’t he will leave. Agreed to speak in early August.
