How to solve the problem of lead generation

You need more appointments in the diary. You know if you could just get those booked in, you’d have no problem turning them into paying clients.

You decide to take responsibility for lead generation. You have lots of plans in place and everything is going great – that is, until you get busy and don’t have the time to do it consistently.

2. Hire a sales and marketing professional

So you hire someone to do sales and marketing for you. You pay them on commission because to get a really good one would cost you a fortune. Unfortunately, they turn out not to be quite as good as they told you they were at the interview, so they have to go.

3. Buy in a solution

As a last resort, you hire a company that tells you they can do lead generation. You pay them a lot of money, but they don’t get you many appointments and when they do, the quality isn’t great.
