Client Feedback: the appointment with Babz Oberoi at Dreibach went really well today!

Client Feedback: I have provided Pat with information on us and the business plan and board pack review. We spoke about removing volatility in profit and improving profit conversion. Pat doesn’t want to do anything until the sale of business (targeted end of June) has completed. If the sale goes ahead Pat will remain involved on an earn out and retain shares, but if it doesn’t he will leave. Agreed to speak in early August.

Client Feedback: It went well. Chris is doing a lot in-house but the biggest gap is with the senior team of directors. We can definitely help there. We’ve agreed to meet again to continue the chat. A great lead!

Client Feedback: Yes we did, it’s something we can definitely help Mike with. We’re going to arrange a further call with their current developer and Sam for next week to discuss a code review etc.
