Yes, I said it – 2026…

Historically, around this time of year, most businesses are assessing their performance so far in the current calendar year, most are back from annual leave and leadership teams revitalised and looking at how they can finish the year strong, achieving targets and keeping business stakeholders happy with financial performance.

However, in recent years there has been a shift in the way that many businesses, from micro – to blue chip, have been approaching the last quarter.

No more is the mad rush to get cash into the company over the last 3 months, there has been a polar shift to “what can we do now to affect our next calendar year?” this is evidenced by the fact that we have actually seen an uplift of clients coming on board during the months of October, November & December (42% average uplift over 2 years, compared with the previous 2).

On average, our clients turn 62% of these leads into revenue, between 1 & 3 months after having the meeting (larger scale projects of course take a little longer).
