📅 Get the next step booked in the diary.

You’d be surprised how often this doesn’t happen.
People end the call saying they’ll “send over a proposal” or “follow up next week”… but without a firm date, the momentum disappears.

Instead, take a moment before the call ends to lock in a follow-up—whether it’s a Zoom, Teams, or phone call. A scheduled time makes all the difference in keeping the conversation alive and moving forward.
