How quickly should your lead generation company be getting you appointments?

So, you’ve hired a company that has promised you leads. You’ve been working with them for a while, but nothing has really materialised.

You want to give them a fair chance because you know it’s not easy to get appointments in your line of work; however, you want to see results too.

So, how long should you give them?

Many of our clients have been working with a lead generation company when they first start talking to us… and the scenario is all too common. High promises, low results.

And naturally, they’re a bit wary when they start speaking to us. But here’s what we think about how quickly you should start to get results from your lead generation company.

We strongly believe if you’re not getting some results within three months, you should at the very least have a serious chat with your lead generation company.

All of our clients are consistently getting between three to six qualified appointments each and every month by the third month of us starting to work with them. And, as we literally do live and die by the sword, we wouldn’t expect to still be working with them if we were not getting results.

The bottom line is, if you’ve been working with a lead generation company for more than three months and you’re not getting the results you need, we need to talk.

Client Feedback: German did show up today, and we had a really good intro call. We managed to capture his interest and are now moving towards NDA signature, with a quote request likely coming in very soon!

It’s an interesting one: a CRO focused on veterinary clinical studies and animal health. While volumes are naturally lower compared to human health (fewer… patient-facing documents 😃), they still run international trials involving veterinarians and pet owner materials.

All in all, a promising opportunity, and I’m very pleased to see the early results of your work on this campaign!
