Client Feedback: Meeting took place on Wednesday 1st July. Had a good conversation, she loved our work and could tell we were more than capable of doing the job. Issue is she only has £11k budget which is way too small for the task in hand. She asked for me to share our deck as she wants to speak to her boss to see if she can make a case for more budget

Client Feedback: Great first meeting with Stuart. He was late to the meeting at first, but then did call the office to say was in the Teams lobby waiting (20 minutes late).
Looking at a full new phone system, utilising AI technology to help with Self service bookings, call routing, visibility of missed or abandoned calls and also integrating his website chat bot and even Whatsapp into one single solution – which we can do! 🙂
Also interested in IT, but this is really only geared up by needing Cyber Essentials and wants to bring IT and Phones under one company, to reduce finger pointing etc.
