Do you onboard your new clients?

Onboarding is something we’ve been working on and evolving over the years and we have a system now of about 20 things that happen behind the scenes to make a new client feel welcome and that they’ve made the right decision.

Here’s just a few of the things we do:

  • An email welcome sequence that goes through and reinforces everything we’ve told you would happen at the kick-off meeting. It also serves as a reminder of what will happen next.
  • Sets up calendars, phone numbers, diary links, email addresses and everything else we need to get your campaign off to a great start.
  • And then on top of this, we also write your LinkedIn messages, scripts and follow up emails and send all this over to you to approve.

Our onboarding sequence is really comprehensive and makes sure everything we said was going to happen, actually happens.
