GROW YOUR BUSINESS SUCCESSFULLYYou’ve worked really hard to get your business up and running and you’ve stood on the mountain and waved your flag of success. Now you need to ask yourself the question of what’s next? Do you want to climb up the next mountain and if so what does it look like? Without the next clear goal in sight, it’s easy to let your business drift by meaning that you end up becoming demotivated and the passion for your business goes – I know because I’ve been there. You’ll need to work out what the next step is; how to structure your business to handle more customers and get excited again so that you want to take on the world. On our February workshop, we’re going to concentrate on how to grow your business successfully. We’ll be covering: • How to handle more customers without jeopardising quality • Know what your business will look like 10 years from now • How to make key decisions such as taking on staff • What to do to get passionate about running your business again • What’s the right structure to take your business to the next level?
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?At the end of this workshop, you’ll have a plan in place which you’ll feel excited about wanting to achieve. You’ll receive handouts throughout the session to refresh your memory when you get back to your desk and we’ll even send you a recording of the key points you learnt on the workshop which you can listen to again at your convenience. We’ll even send you a certificate to confirm you’ve attended too. WHO RUNS THE WORKSHOPS?The workshops are led by me, Helen Dowling. I’m a small business owner too so I understand how you feel about marketing and what you’d like to know. We’ve taught many, many small businesses owners the tools and techniques we’ll be passing to you with some fantastic successes. One lady told us that her turnover had doubled after coming along to one of our workshops! I know you’ll need to take time away from your business to come onto the workshop – that’s why we keep them to a maximum of 2 ½ hours.
