I personally love this new style of learning - I often listen to CDs and podcasts when I'm driving, so I'm learning when I get to my destination. It's a great way to learn and much faster than picking up a book.

How do I get my copy?

OK, so how can you get your hands on them?

All the recordings are free to you as my gift. All I ask is that you pay a small charge of Ł9.99 (Ł8.50+VAT), which covers my time and the cost of packing and posting to:

Print out the labels, inserts and the information on the CDs for you.
Transfer the recordings onto your CDs.
Packing the CDs and posting them to you.

But I promise you that I’m not making a profit on these CDs – I just want to make sure all small business owners out there get the opportunity to learn as much about marketing as possible.

If you don’t want to pay over the internet, that’s fine – you can just send us a cheque made payable to “Exceptional Thinking” for Ł9.99 and I’ll post the CDs out to you. Send it to 10 Orchard Road, Alderton, Glos, GL20 8NS. I’ll send you a receipt for your payment with the CDs.

When will I receive the CDs?

Once you order your CDs, you’ll receive confirmation from me by email and then you’ll receive your two CDs in a few days time. The CDs will be sent in a protective case inside a jiffy bag, so they won’t get damaged.

When they arrive, you’ll be able to listen to them in your car, on your computer or while you’re chilling out at home.

It’s unlikely they’ll be any problems with the CDs, but if there are, simply contact me on 0845 644 9371 or email me on helen.dowling@exceptionalthinking.co.uk and I’ll replace them immediately for you.

Can I hear a sample?

Let me tell you a bit about me

Let me tell you a bit about me and why I decided to run workshops and put the information onto CDs.

After having 13 jobs in 7 years, I started Exceptional Thinking in 2003 to really help small businesses with their marketing.

You see, I think running a business is supposed to be fun – I believe that’s why you started it or you’re thinking about starting one. I believe, like me, you wanted to earn some money, have a great work life balance and do what you wanted to do.

All too often though, running a business isn’t like that. Me and my team work with businesses who are struggling to get customers, are concerned about where the next penny is coming from and work all the hours under the sun to make ends meet. I know what it’s like. I’ve been there.

But after the first six months of feeling like that in my business, I decided there must be another way to do things. And after a bit of creativity, I found out how to market and promote my business without spending a penny – and it worked! I started getting great customers who I really wanted to work with and no longer had to worry about where the next bit of money was coming from. I still work long hours, but it’s my choice now rather than a necessity.

Since 2003, we’ve been working with small business owners helping them to realise that there is another way; that business should be fun and that getting customers should be easy to do and not hard work.

To help small business owners with their marketing, we’ve been running low-cost workshops on a monthly basis for over 2 ˝ years and these 2 CDs contain six workshops we’ve run. I’d love to send them to you.
